We at Coforge are hiring Java Backend Developers with the following skillset :

• Implement and document new software components.
• Understand how code fits into broader technical and business context.
• Actively participate in code and technical design reviews.
• Work with product to understand requirements and contribute to release planning.
• Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.
• Work with QA and operations teams to troubleshoot & fix defects in software.
• Participate in building Scrum process and agile culture within the company.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, RESTful APIs, Microservice design & how to design service to service interactions.
• Strong database skills such as SQL, MySQL, and Oracle are a must.
• Extensive experience as a backend developer / lead in previous projects, with strong expertise in system architecture and a deep understanding of overall business operations .
• Strong proficiency in cloud services (AWS) and DevOps practices (CI / CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Mentor and coach team members by providing guidance on best practices and perform code reviews.
• Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Self-motivated teammate who excels in a reciprocal environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field of study.
