Purchasing Executive

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, goods, and services required by the company. The role ensures timely supply, cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase terms.

Create and process purchase orders (POs) in the system.

Maintain accurate records of materials purchased, costs, delivery, and product quality.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

Conduct market research to stay updated on price trends and new products.

Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoices, or supplier performance.

Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.

Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.

Knowledge and Experience of Import -Export.
