Associate Director : Franchise Onboarding Role

Key Responsibilities

• Establish new strategic partnerships with companies
• Drive revenue through existing onboarded projects.
• Cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.
• Implement effective hiring strategies and manage attrition effectively.
• Identify and engage potential partners to strategically expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
• Offer guidance and support to partners during the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges they may face.
• Continuously assess and improve the onboarding and partnership processes
• Monitor key performance indicators related to partner onboarding and network expansion, leveraging data to fuel ongoing improvements.
• Oversee P&L management, ensuring that Sales and Marketing expenses (Customer Acquisition Cost) are around 25% while maintaining a minimum profit margin of 40%.
