IndiaIT360 is a B2B Digital Platform which is part of the Unistal Group. It connects all the stakeholders of the ICT Industry starting from OEMs, Startups, Retailers, SI Partners to ease their business and business growth.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure CXO-level speakers from top enterprise organizations, with a strong emphasis on those in the technology domain.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with enterprise IT executives, technology thought leaders, and industry influencers.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies and curated communications to attract high-profile speakers for diverse events and panels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align speaker acquisition with event objectives, content themes, and audience profiles.
  • Manage multiple speaker acquisition projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery across overlapping timelines.
  • Work closely with event marketing, content, and logistics teams to optimise speaker experiences pre, during, and post-event.
  • Track, report, and continuously improve speaker acquisition metrics, pipelines, and procedure.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Btech / MCA, BBA / BCA / MBA.
  • 1-3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good Command in Excel
  • IT product Telesales
  • Salary : No bar for the right candidate
