Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for IB & IGCSE Faculties at Rao IIT & Medical in Mumbai. The role involves working with students to provide one-on-one coaching, creating lesson plans, teaching and preparing students for exams, and assessing student progress. Some work-from-home responsibilities are acceptable, but the role primarily requires presence in Mumbai. Faculties will also collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies and contribute to the overall development of the students.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching IB & IGCSE curriculum and strong subject knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Capability in creating lesson plans and preparing exam material
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for remote teaching
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject area or education
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
