Job Title : Accounts Executive – AP / AR, Compliance & Support

Location : Sector 48, Gurgaon ,Haryana

The Accounts function ensures smooth accounting operations, statutory compliance, and accurate reporting. The Accounts Executive will play a key role in managing payables, receivables, reconciliations, and supporting compliance activities.

Role Overview : -

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in SMEs or manufacturing setups. The role involves handling vendor payments, customer invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance support. The candidate will also assist in statutory filings and month-end closing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of processes.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Handle customer invoicing, receipts posting, and AR follow-ups.
  • Assist with GST and TDS working and filing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger closing.
  • Support month-end closing and audit processes.
  • Maintain precise records for statutory and compliance requirements, including PF and ESIC-related compliances.

Must-Haves : -

  • 2– 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in SME or manufacturing industry.
  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (CA Foundation / CA Inter is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of GST and TDS filing processes.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel, with familiarity in PF and ESIC regulations and compliance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good-to-Haves : -

  • Exposure to payroll accounting and expense management.
  • Experience in handling vendor / customer queries.
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation and ERP systems.
  • Compensation

  • Salary Range : ₹3 – ₹3.6 LPA (based on experience and expertise).
