Position :  Machine Learning Engineer

Location :  Bangalore (Hybrid )

Experience :  3–5 Years

Employment Type :  Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for real-world business problems.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, video, audio) to build predictive and generative models.
  • Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and automation.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers for seamless ML model integration.
  • Develop APIs and microservices to serve ML models in production.
  • Conduct A / B testing, model validation, and continuous model improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience in ML model development, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI / Flask, and CI / CD pipelines for ML deployment.
  • Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is an added advantage.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
