We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our hybrid team in India and help shape the future of our test automation frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python.
- Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and log defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps.
- Optimize and refactor existing automation code for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices, code reviews, and effective use of testing tools.
Skills & 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python, strong proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest, and solid understanding of version control with Git.
Must-Have :
Proven track record of integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.Must-Have :
In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, agile processes, and bug life cycle management in JIRA.Preferred :
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured and performance testing using JMeter or Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow and scripting languages (JavaScript, Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm) and containerization (Docker).Benefits & Culture Highlights :
