Technical Lead - PHP / Javascript

Position Overview :

Unstop is seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in PHP and full-stack development to join our team. This role is ideal for a senior technical resource with over 8 years of experience who is passionate about creating robust, scalable solutions and contributing to technical excellence.

While this is not a team management role, you will play a key part in driving development initiatives and mentoring where needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using PHP and modern full-stack technologies.
• Build scalable and secure backend systems and integrate them seamlessly with front-end components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Debug complex technical issues and ensure platform stability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the adoption of new tools and technologies.
