Job Description
- Create an aftersales strategy for Asia-Oceania region and facilitate the project to improve customer loyalty and maximize aftersales revenue.
- Coordinate and support for local offices and distributors in Asia-Oceania region as a regional headquarter of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., which includes organizing meeting events, providing training to improve DLR service operation, standardizing activity with guideline creation, etc.
- Plan short and medium-term direction with local offices and distributors, monitor the performance against it, and report to management by monthly, quarterly, and yearly
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related fieldExcellent command in English, both speak & writing (TOEIC 700 or aboveWork experience in aftersales service at automotive company is a plusGood in analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skillGood skill in Microsoft Office and presentation ppt makingPositive attitude, flexible, and open-mindedAble to travel upcountry and overseasWork location :
