About the Role Lead core strategic and growth initiatives across sales, partnerships, customer insights, and revenue operations — acting as a hybrid between strategy, growth, and business operations.
Responsibilities
Drive market research, segmentation, and GTM strategy
Support partnerships, enterprise pipeline, and sales intelligence
Build dashboards, models, and KPI tracking
Craft executive-level communication and founder narratives
Optimize systems, workflows, and cross-team execution
What We’re Looking For MBB or top-tier strategy consulting experience preferred 3–4 years in strategy, growth, or analytics functions
Strong quantitative and problem-solving capability
Exceptional written communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving AI startup
Comfortable with US working hours
