We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (Co-Founder) to lead and scale operations at SkillsCapital — a global tech talent platform powered by AI, automation, and deep domain expertise in enterprise software. You’ll work closely with the founding team to own everything from delivery execution and sub-vendor management to team structure, systems, and operational performance — and help us scale from 20 → 100.
Experience is no bar, but performance is. We’re looking for a high-performing individual with strong exposure to operations, delivery, or vendor management — ideally within enterprise tech talent, consulting, staffing, or enterprise software domains. What matters most is your passion to build, ability to take full ownership, operate with accountability, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment.

What You’ll Own
Build and lead all core operations and delivery functions
Manage and scale sub-vendor and consultant networks
Design and run systems that ensure on-time, high-quality fulfillment of global client requirements
Oversee onboarding, compliance, documentation, and support workflows
Collaborate closely with founders across sales, sourcing, and tech to ensure end-to-end excellence
Track KPIs across delivery, sourcing, and client satisfaction — and build data-led systems for scale
Own internal process design, automation, and operational performance as we scale from startup to company

You have experience in operations, delivery, or vendor management in industries like : IT consulting, Enterprise tech talent delivery, Enterprise software services, Talent solutions or staffing firms
You’re highly structured, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-led environment
You’re comfortable managing both systems and people — from sourcing partners to consultants and internal workflows
You’ve worked with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, sourcing, or product) and know how to keep execution tight
You take full ownership of outcomes, thrive on solving operational bottlenecks, and continuously look to improve systems
You’re not just looking for a job — you want to co-build a high-growth, tech-led venture from the inside
Bonus : experience in scaling operations or designing delivery processes at an early-stage company is a huge plus
Compensation
This is a co-founder role, and compensation will be structured accordingly
You’ll receive significant equity, with long-term upside tied to scale and success
Minimal base salary to begin with, reflecting our early-stage but fast-scaling model
Compensation will grow meaningfully based on a) Performance and operational outcomes b) Overall c) business growth and delivery KPIs
Strategic milestones achieved during scale-up
