We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior US Accountant to join our finance team. If you’re passionate about US accounting practices, GAAP compliance, and eager to work in a fast-paced MSP environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports : Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Support tax filings (federal, state, and local).
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting standards.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience (MSP / IT services industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks / Xero experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
  • CPA or pursuing CPA is a strong advantage.

  • Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
  • Shift Timings : Rotational (primarily night shift)
  • Interview Mode : Virtual
  • Infrastructure Requirements : i5 / i7 laptop, 8–16GB RAM, 22-inch monitor, 40 Mbps internet, noise-canceling headset
