SOLUTION ARCHITECT – PEOPLE PORTAL / SAP SUCCESSFACTORS
Lead the development and integration of enterprise-wide HCM solutions, focusing on system architecture, design, and innovation to support and enhance
business processes and customer experiences with specialization on workforce management.
ROLE DESCRIPTION GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors suite (incl. EC, Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing,
Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Variable Pay, Succession & Development Planning)
Understand business drivers and business capabilities, and determine corresponding system designsand configurations to drive targeted business outcomes for HR and other functions
Proactively engage with functional and technical stakeholders to feed critical design as well asconfiguration options into functional business decisions
Review and suggest proposed solutions during the early stages of the process and provide pre-analysisof trade-offs to decision-makers collaboratively
Design technical configuration of solutions and integration with other components in the landscapebased on industry best-practice, Enterprise Architecture principles and technical design standards
Work with IT operations and leadership team to facilitate the seamless flow of implemented solutionsfrom configuration and testing into operations
Offer general overview of solutions, trends as well as emerging technologies in the HR tech domain toanticipate potential for business impact and to facilitate evaluation and selection of new solutions
Identify the organizational and financial impact of designed solution architecture.Support Product directors in collaborating with stakeholders across the business to define solutionrequirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Serve as a bridge between product teams and Product directors to facilitate clear communication andunderstanding of technology solutions to business units.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in HCM & hands-onexperience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Retail
Strong understanding of retail labor models, compliance requirements, and operationalworkflows.
Experience with system integrations using APIs, middleware, and data mapping tools.Technical Skills :
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors; experience with Dayforce as a plusAccelerates architecture design and solution mapping using AI-assisted modelling,natural language query tools, and generative copilots to translate business requirements
into scalable SaaS configurations and integration patterns.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relatedtechnical field.
