Position : VP – Digital Marketing
Requirements :
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
10+ years of experience in advertising, digital media, or similar.
Proven work experience as a Digital marketer
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
Responsibilities :
Build digital marketing roadmap for the client brands
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.G. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
Develop and strategize campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
Oversee our social media / digital accounts
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Meeting with the marketing and design teams to define advertising strategies and requirements.
Maintaining P&L of Clients
Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
Generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the digital marketing team
Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capability and productivity.
