Role Description

Project Management Executive – Pangolin Marketing

We're looking for a sharp, process-driven Project Management Executive to help us deliver high-quality marketing, branding, and creative projects for fast-growing tech, SaaS, and analytics brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance people, processes, and priorities with ease.

As a PME at Pangolin, you'll plan and manage end-to-end project delivery, own timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every task moves with clarity and accountability. You'll champion our systems-first culture by mapping and improving workflows, automating processes, and staying ahead with modern PM tools like ClickUp, Notion, and AI-driven platforms.

• You'll dig deep into bottlenecks using root-cause analysis, maintain strong communication with teams and clients, manage multiple priorities at once, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
