Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Java Lead to head our development team in Pune. The role involves designing and architecting scalable cloud-based applications, building next-gen solutions for global clients, and mentoring a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Architect, design, and develop scalable Java-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Operations, Customer Success)
• Drive best practices in coding, design, and architecture
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with proper documentation and code reviews
• Work on Cloud-based solutions and Microservices architecture
• Manage stakeholder communication and project planning
