Role Overview
We’re looking for a Human Resource Manager who can help shape the culture, build strong teams, and ensure smooth people operations as we scale.
You’ll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and creating an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to onboardingDesign and implement HR policies that align with company goals and cultureDevelop and execute employee engagement and retention strategiesOversee performance review systems and help managers set clear goalsHandle training and professional development programsMaintain employee records and ensure legal compliance with HR regulationsSupport leadership with organizational planning and team structureFoster a positive, transparent, and growth-driven workplaceMediate employee concerns with empathy and fairnessRequirements
