Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Uttar Pradesh, India, for a ZED Facilitator. The ZED Facilitator will oversee and coordinate the execution of the Zero Effect Zero Defect (ZED) Certification process in compliance with required standards. The role will involve site visits, consultations with businesses, preparation of compliance reports, and guidance to applicants for completing certification processes. Additionally, the ZED Facilitator will contribute to promoting awareness and adoption of ZED principles among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of compliance frameworks and certification standards, including technical expertise in the ZED Certification model.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage certification procedures and documentation effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate consultations and promote awareness of ZED practices.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for documentation and reporting with a focus on accuracy and transparency.
• Presence of problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to addressing certification-related challenges.
• Knowledge or experience in quality management, sustainability practices, or a related field is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in certification programs or quality assurance is preferred.
