Position: Non-IT Recruiter
Experience: 1-3 Years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR /MBA, or a related field.
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract high-quality candidates using multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit in alignment with job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Contract & C2H Hiring: Handle contract / C2H staffing requirements and coordinate with clients when needed.
- Recruitment Systems & Tools: Maintain and manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar tools.
- Offer Management: Roll out job offers, negotiate where required, and complete all related documentation and formalities.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
