Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Job Profile : Purpose of Role :

Responsible for the daily supervision and control of workflow for the daily functions / transactions pertaining to the various products related to the department. Be seen as supporting the Head of Department in smooth and proper execution of operations of the Department. Supervise and oversee the teams development and provide training where required as proposed by the Head of Department to ensure high level of job knowledge and role coverage.

• Perform the duties of checker for the activities assigned diligently.
• Works as SME for the process
• Nurture team members
• Understand the process / policies of the Bank and adhere to the needs.
• Work closely with the overseas branch to process / execute the transactions as per accuracy / quality standards / SLAs of the Bank.
• Learn the system functions and adhere to the controls.

Provide suggestion(s) to improve / streamline the operational processes.
