Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Sourcing :
- Actively seek out new LAP leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and promote LAP products.
- Loan Application Processing :
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
- Credit Appraisal and Assessment :
- Evaluate the financial status of applicants to determine their eligibility for a LAP, including income assessment and property valuation.
- Loan Disbursement and Monitoring :
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursement of approved loans and monitor repayments.
- Customer Service and Issue Resolution :
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and resolving any issues related to their LAP accounts.
- Sales Target Achievement :
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP disbursements and portfolio growth.
- Market Awareness :
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes related to LAP financing.
Preferred candidate profile -Candidate Who have Mininmum 2 Year experience in Home loan or loan against property
