About the Role

We are looking for a data architect to design and drive the next generation of our data platform that powers intelligent, data-driven product features and marketing decisions.

As part of a product-based company , you will architect solutions that handle massive data scale, ensure low latency for real-time experiences, and enable advanced analytics for customer engagement and personalization.

This role requires a hands-on architect who can balance system design, scalability, and data quality while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and own the end-to-end data ecosystem supporting product features, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Design and implement data models , pipelines , and streaming frameworks using Kinesis or Kafka for real-time event ingestion.
• Lead data transformations and modeling with DBT and Snowflake , ensuring performance and scalability for analytical workloads.
• Integrate MongoDB for unstructured and semi-structured data, optimizing query and indexing performance.
• Partner with backend (Node.Js) and frontend (React) teams to build reliable APIs and dashboards for internal and product data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing tech and product growth teams to enable segmentation, attribution modeling, and user behavior analytics.
• Define data governance , access control, lineage, and compliance policies across systems.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to evolve the data stack and improve system efficiency.
