Finance & Compliance Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Finance & Compliance Manager who thrives in high-ownership, high-context environments. You'll act as the financial operator behind multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, airtight compliance, and sharp cost control. This role is designed for someone who can operate independently, work directly with the CEO, and build financial systems that support confident, fast-paced decisions.

Your Job Outcomes

1. Clarity for Leadership : You'll own weekly reporting of financials, runway, unit economics, and headcount across entities—so leadership has complete visibility without chasing updates.

2. End-to-End Compliance : You'll manage and execute all India and US compliance calendars (taxes, filings, payroll, etc.), with zero delays or penalties.

3. Clean, Current Books : You'll maintain reconciled books across systems, post timely entries, and ensure dashboards are refreshed and decision-ready every week.

4. Cost Discipline : You'll lead quarterly audits and cost reviews, identifying unnecessary spend and recommending actionable savings—without compromising operations.

Must-Have Competencies

1. Financial Modeling & Scenario Forecasting

• Strong command over cash runway modeling, entity-level burn tracking, unit economics, and scenario-based forecasting.
• Ability to build dynamic dashboards used directly for executive decisions.
