AGM : 15 -18 Years

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM / DGM / GM Operations - FPS / MEP at Aegis Automation India Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing installation projects, and leading a team of professionals. The role also requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services
• Must have experience in handling large in-house execution teams
• Manage residential and commercial high-rise FPS installations end-to-end
• Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
