Operational Manager (Chennai) / CEO (for content strategy)

Role Description

This role is focused on designing and producing high-quality, engaging, and impactful educational content focused on environmental sustainability for our English and Hindi-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Research and develop curriculum outlines and course materials.

Script compelling video lessons, create assessments, and design interactive learning activities.

Manage the content production lifecycle, including coordinating filming and editing.

Ensure content accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and alignment with learning objectives.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany, Communications, or related fields.

Experience :

3+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or content creation, preferably for online learning.

Skills :

Strong Research, Exceptional writing and scripting skills in both English and Hindi. Experience with video production processes. Strong understanding of pedagogical principles.
