KRA (Key Result Areas)
1. Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required
2. Maintain record of all training related data (Training attendance, participants feedback, pre & post test and other related data).
3. Should be able to create training content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders
4. Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery. Plan roll out of programs including timelines, target audience and location
5. Arrange training logistics (with support of Operations & Admin staff) and drive delivery of training.
6. Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques
7. Support E&T head in implementing key learning initiatives
