Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate to join our Investment Banking division, focused on M&A and fundraising transactions. The Associate will play a critical role in leading transaction execution, managing client deliverables, supervising analysts, and supporting deal origination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution across M&A and equity mandates including due diligence, financial analysis, and process management.
• Drive preparation of pitch books, IMs, transaction models, and client presentations.
• Manage end-to-end deal processes including coordinating with clients, legal advisors, consultants, and investors.
• Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable company, precedent transaction).
• Mentor and supervise analysts in preparing models, research, and presentations.
• Conduct market, industry, and company-specific research to support strategic advisory.
• Contribute to business development by identifying prospects, preparing proposals, and supporting client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain updated databases on transactions, investors, and industry benchmarks.
