Job descriptionLead a team of developers and Quality Engineer, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, Angular, SQL, LINQ, and Entity Framework. Design and deploy microservices on Azure using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance. Driving Agile ceremonies include sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to refine features and align development with business goals. Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis and resolution. Promote continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging exploration of new technologies and approaches. Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and contribute beyond core technical responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- 913 years of experience in software development with proven leadership in full-stack projects.
- Expertise in :
- Backend : C#, .NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework
- Frontend : Angular, TypeScript, HTML / CSS
- Database : SQL Server
- Cloud & DevOps : Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies with a track record of delivering iterative and incremental value.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about mentoring, team empowerment, and driving results.
- Willingness to take initiative and ownership in areas beyond core expertise.
