Job Description- Technical Project Manager
Strong affinity towards project planning with emphasis on Implementation
Ensure project implementations are within defined timeframe of completion with status updates to the client team and deliver web-based training / presentations covering training on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful and timely implementation for our clients
Work collaboratively with internal parties to administer the client side, meet / exceed productivity targets, accuracy with forecasting, customer satisfaction scores to ensure value add with our clients
Support Ongoing Customer Work and New Partner Implementations, services deployment in a SaaS environment
Working experience in Agile methodology
Mitigate conflict at the client management level
Manage software implementations from contract execution to post-production, to ensure successful completion on-time and within budget
Manage multiple projects across multiple teams
Communicate project status internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other involved parties regularly
Assist with client work orders and estimates
Experience in managing multiple Software Maintenance Projects / Programs / Change Requests
Qualifications for implementation project manager
BE / MCA with 8+ years of Hands-on IT / Business Consulting Project / Program Management experience
Certified : PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner / ITIL v4 / ServiceNow
Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skill .
Possess leadership qualities and be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Effectively collaborate within a Matrix organization
Technical capability with site design, site configuration, configuration validation, technical troubleshooting, and data integration expertise
5+ years of directly related to project management - implementation work experience
Previous experience working directly with clients required
Previous experience working in CRM, ERP
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
