Job description :

1. Analyze and document business needs and functional requirements for payment systems, translating them into user stories, process maps, and other artifacts for development teams.

2. Strong understanding of APIs, payment transaction products (e.g., transfers, card processing), and payment industry standards (e.g., ISO20022, SEPA, PSD2).

3. Familiarity with Postman for API testing and other relevant tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Swagger.

4. Utilize Postman to test APIs, validate payment integrations, and support the technical teams in troubleshooting and ensuring the robust functioning of payment solutions.

5. Serve as a subject matter expert on payment processes, products, and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in all solutions.

6. Conduct or support user acceptance testing to validate that developed features meet business needs and user expectations.

7. Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within payment systems, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

8. Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive consensus, prioritize tasks, and ensure the alignment of solutions with business goals.
