We’re looking for a proactive and well-spoken Front Office Executive (Guest Communication) to join our operations team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests — managing communication across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and email — while coordinating with our housekeeping and operations teams to ensure an exceptional stay experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle guest inquiries and bookings via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and phone.
Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and stay requirements with guests and internal teams.
Liaise with housekeeping to ensure apartments are ready and maintained to Orbit standards.
Update booking calendars and property availability across OTAs.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Support the front office and operations team in day-to-day activities.
Assist with feedback collection and guest experience improvements.
What We’re Looking For :
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or OTA guest management.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English a must).
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com Extranet, and WhatsApp Business preferred.
Professional, guest-centric attitude with attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Punctuality in reaching the property located at Khar West, Mumbai
