Job Description

Person will be responsible to execute all accounting function for the client which shall include the following :

• Accounting in TALLY ERP 9 should be well versed with using all the functions;
• Make all monthly payments service tax TDS GST, PT etc. online in proper challans
• Prepare all cheques and online payments to vendors.
• Payroll management with all compliance of taxes.
• Filing of GST, TDS, PT Returns and PF on line compliance.
• Maintain all accounting records and documents for management and audit compliance
• Prepare financial statements including calculation for deprecation and tax audit schedules
• Prepare MIS for management review
• Co-ordinate and attend to the requirements of internal auditors and statutory auditors.
• Coordinate with management for all accounting matters and co-ordination with all statutory matters
• Co ordinate with CS for ROC Compliance
• Prepare details for GST, Professional tax and Income tax assessments
