Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive – Procurement (BOS Contracting) with at least 1 year of experience in Balance of System (BOS) contracting. The role involves vendor management, contract finalization and procurement of BOS components and services essential for solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of BOS items and services, including structures, cables, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and civil / electrical works.
• Identify, evaluate and finalize vendors / subcontractors for BOS packages.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, comparative statements and purchase orders.
• Negotiate terms on cost, quality and timelines with vendors / contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with project requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and contract compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports for procurement activities.
