From short-form social media videos to long-form branded content, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our audience experiences our brand visually.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and internal use
- Work with raw footage to create engaging narratives using cuts, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
- Ensure videos meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and delivery timelines
Social Media Content Creation
Create platform-optimized videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other social platformsAdapt content formats, lengths, and styles based on platform trends and audience behaviorStay updated on social media video trends, editing styles, and algorithm preferencesVideography & On-Ground Shoots
Plan, shoot, and execute video shoots including interviews, events, behind-the-scenes, and branded contentHandle camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording to ensure high-quality outputCollaborate with stakeholders during shoots to capture the right visuals and messagingCollaboration & Creative Input
Work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to brainstorm video conceptsIncorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrityContribute ideas to improve storytelling, visual consistency, and audience engagementRequired Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and videographyStrong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar softwareSolid understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and content strategiesHands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, and basic sound recordingStrong sense of timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytellingPreferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced digital or content-driven environmentKnowledge of motion graphics, animations, and basic VFXFamiliarity with YouTube SEO and social media performance metricsWhat We’re Looking For
