Position : Area Sales Executive – General Trade, Consumer Care Division (CCD)

Location : Malda, West Bengal, India

Reporting To : Area Sales Manager – CCD General Trade

About the job :

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Area Sales Executive – General Trade to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing Market Reps.

Your responsibilities will include :

Drive primary and secondary sales objective s, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets.

Execute monthly business plans , aligning goals across distributors and sales teams.

Strengthen territory performance through effective distribution, coverage expansion , and market penetration.

Build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuring sales rep productivity and beat optimization .

Lead BTL activations including trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns.

Ensure sales hygiene and system compliance as per company SOPs.

What we are looking for :

Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)

3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must)

Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills.

Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence.

Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
