About the Role :

A Design Manager will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions. Managers often collaborate on projects with their colleagues, delegate tasks and check for design quality and consistency. Managers also meet with clients and guide designers to close the designs.

Reporting To :

Deputy Centre Head / Design Operations Head

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end management of interior design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Lead and monitor a team of designers, ensuring productivity and high standards of design output.
• Review all design presentations before client meetings to maintain consistency and quality.
• Plan and manage design timelines to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the design journey.
• Track and drive customer satisfaction through the Design Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Provide technical training and support to designers as needed.
• Lead design discussions and contribute to creative direction and ideation.
• Collaborate closely with team members, fostering a culture of mentorship, support, and teamwork.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and provide design insights.
• Train and onboard new designers to align them with Bonito Designs' standards.
• Partner with the sales team to support them in presenting compelling design pitches and onboarding clients effectively.
