What’s this role about?
We are looking for a results-driven Ad Sales Manager who will be responsible for onboarding Indian B2B Tech & SaaS companies looking to acquire Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from the USA and UAE markets . While the focus is on international audience targeting, most client relationships will be built with Indian HQ companies—this is not a night shift or US shift role . Your mission will be to pitch Techjockey’s ad sales solutions (which include paid campaigns, emailers, featured listings, etc.) designed to deliver qualified leads and branding among tech buyers in the USA and UAE.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the entire ad sales process from prospecting to pitching to closing for Indian B2B SaaS / tech companies looking to grow in the USA / UAE.
- Educate potential clients about Techjockey’s demand-generation and branding solutions tailored to international markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and marketing decision-makers of SaaS / tech companies.
- Identify high-potential categories (HR tech, CRM, cybersecurity, ERP, etc.) and create a strategic outreach plan.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to align on deliverables, pricing, and campaign performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets through solution-based ad sales.
- Provide competitive insights, market feedback, and new product ideas to leadership.
- Prepare compelling sales decks and customized proposals for prospective clients.
- Track client success metrics and ROI to encourage repeat partnerships and upsells.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.2–5 years of experience in B2B ad sales, media sales, SaaS sales, or marketing solutions.Strong understanding of the Indian SaaS ecosystem and its aspirations toward US / UAE markets.Excellent communication, client handling, and consultative selling skills.Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue targetsPrior experience with lead-gen or performance marketing campaigns is a plus.Why Join Techjockey?
