Exp : 2 to 4 years

⭐ Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire new IT companies for job placements, internships, and hiring drives.
Reach out to HR teams, hiring managers, and technical leaders in IT firms.
Present the institute’s training programs and showcase student skillsets effectively.
Secure job openings across IT roles such as developers, QA engineers, support engineers, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and more.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and placement drives with employers.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with IT clients to ensure repeat hiring.
Track and manage dashboards / reports for new clients, job opportunities, and placement outcomes.
⭐ Required Skills
Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring needs.
Experience in sales, BD, or client acquisition (preferred).
Ability to negotiate confidently and deliver effective presentations.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to outreach.
