A highly skilled Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist is sought after to lead the identification, attraction and engagement of top freelance talent for various industries.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can leverage their expertise in freelancing and contract roles to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies and best practices.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple platforms to find potential candidates, actively engage with passive candidates, build relationships and create talent pipelines.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviews : Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video screenings, evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates.
  • Client Communication : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and project requirements, provide regular updates on recruitment efforts.
  • Contract Management : Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers, ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
  • Market Research & Strategy : Stay up-to-date with trends in the gig economy, advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on freelancing or contract roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with various industries is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles at once and prioritize effectively.
