Experience : Minimum 5 years in Sales with proven experience in handling a sales team (Preference for candidates with Capital Market experience)

Salary : Up to 6 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills a solid background in sales and hands-on experience in the capital market domain.

Responsibilities

Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Monitor team performance provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth.

Maintain strong product knowledge especially related to capital market offerings.

Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance updates.

Ensure excellent customer relationship management and service delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 23 years leading a sales team.

Experience in capital market or financial products preferred.

Graduation is mandatory.

Strong communication leadership and team management skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
