Position : HR Manager
Shift Time : 12 : 00 PM TO 09 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain all HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, and exit processes through KEKA HRMS.
- Handle employee database, documents, and HR compliance records.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and reports from KEKA.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave approvals.
- Draft HR policies, letters, and ensure smooth communication with employees.
- Support management in audits, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Drive HR automation and process improvements using KEKA features.
Requirements :
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.Mandatory hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS portal.Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.Excellent communication and people management skills.Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.Job Type : Full-time
