Qualifications and Skills
Should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
12-15 years of core experience including atleast 5 years of experience in listed entities which includes working on any restructuring assignments.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure secretarial, SEBI LODR compliances and other Corporate laws compliance.
Should have working knowledge on Regulatory compliances.
Handling Board / Committee meetings and General meetings of the entities including listed entity.
Ensure statutory disclosures & filings on a timely manner.
Handling ROC / SEBI / stock exchanges queries, inspections if any.
Vetting of Agreements, contracts, documents etc.
Should have handled major assignments like Open offer / delisting etc.
Should be up to date with changes / amendments to Corporate laws and LODR regulations and proactively advise the Board and internal functions.
