The Mission Be the eyes and ears on the ground. Map the health, wellness, and fintech ecosystem — from insurers and hospital promoters to biohackers and fitness innovators.

You’ll be the one connecting dots before anyone else even sees the pattern.

What You’ll Do Scout and map key stakeholders in the Delhi NCR healthtech & fintech ecosystem

Identify collaboration opportunities, pain points, and unmet market needs

Build and maintain warm relationships across hospitals, insurers, startups, gyms, and wellness brands

Draft and close MoUs and strategic partnerships with local players

Report key insights, leads, and field data directly to the founding team

Represent the brand at events, meetups, and innovation clusters

Feed actionable intelligence back into product, marketing, and venture teams

Who You Are 1–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or market research (fresh hustlers welcome if you’ve got the grit)

You love people, movement, and momentum — not cubicles

You think in terms of ecosystems, not job titles

Excellent communication & networking instincts; you can turn a cold handshake into a warm lead

Self-starter comfortable in early-stage chaos; fieldwork across Delhi NCR excites you
