Role Purpose

As Pine Labs scales hiring and sharpens candidate experience, one key lever to strengthen is TA’s communication and visibility — ensuring our function’s impact is engaging, data-backed, and consistent across all touchpoints.

The TA Communication & Branding Intern will support the design and execution of all TA-specific communication initiatives , working closely with the Employer Branding team / Marketing team / Design team for creative quality and with TA leadership for timely delivery of priorities.

This role blends creativity with operational discipline — helping TA tell its story better to both business stakeholders and candidates .

Key Responsibilities

1. TA Communication & Branding

• Design and publish the monthly TA newsletter — interactive, visual, and data-driven, capturing hiring highlights, business updates, and team stories.
• Create video snippets featuring TA and business leaders to showcase success stories, culture, and milestones.
• Design campaign creatives , flyers, and JD templates aligned with Pine Labs’ brand tone and design language.
• Curate and publish Recruiter Spotlights and TA Wins to build visibility and engagement across teams.
