Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced  US IT Recruiter  with hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment for  US staffing  and strong experience working with  state clients . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing technical candidates across various domains and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle the  full life cycle of US IT recruitment  – sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Work extensively on requirements from  state and federal clients  and VMS portals.
• Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and vendors.
• Maintain candidate and client pipelines using ATS tools.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with  US employment laws and client policies .
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to meet hiring goals.
