Role & Resbonsibility :

 Play a key role in developing and enhancing our business intelligence and analytics capabilities to support smarter decision-making across the company.

 Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to design, develop, and maintain important dashboards and regular business reports, ensuring everyone has access to the right information.

 Analyze product performance, customer journeys, marketing campaigns, and business metrics—highlighting what’s working well and identifying opportunities for growth.

 Support cross-functional teams by turning their data questions into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

 Conduct deep dives into new opportunities, underperforming channels, or emerging risks, helping the business spot insights early.

 Present clear and simple insights and recommendations to stakeholders, using visuals and language that everyone can understand.

Qualifications :

 2–4 years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting roles (experience in fintech or financial services is a plus).

 Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio.

 Comfortable collaborating across functions to understand and meet data needs.

 SQL skills are a bonus but not required.

 A naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys helping the business move forward through data insights.

Candidates from Tier 1 B-Schools (IIMs or equivalent) are preferred.
