About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director IdAM Capability the Implementation Consultant – IDAM is responsible for implementing and testing technical functionality, interacting with internal and customer teams on a technical level, building strong customer relationships and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer issues.
Where necessary, the Implementation Consultant – IDAM will collaborate with vendors in providing technical support, debugging product and integration issues, writing custom scripts, and helping customers get the most out of using identity and access management and orchestration products.
Duties
- Engage with our customers to provide security solutions, recommendations, deliver enhancements and managed service for multiple engagements
- Analyse and enhance existing IDAM processes to support complex use cases and ensure system efficiency.
- Understand and advise the customer honestly and accurately on technological identity and access management solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and product support to customers to identify and resolve customer issues and enhancements
- Assist in build and configuration for customer solutions
- Provide documentation to customers and internal team members, including design implementation and reports where required
- Successfully troubleshoot and triage issues and resolve customer system, email, and phone requests using ticketing, content, and task management tools
- Provide support and response on an on-call basis to identity and access management issues or problems arising from existing projects, and escalate issues to vendors as required
Skills & experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in cyber security and / or technology industry is preferred, with experience in identity and access management solutionsHands-on implementation experience with leading IGA solutions : Sailpoint IIQ, Sailpoint IDN, OneIdentity, Saviynt, Okta.Excellent customer engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with customers and internal teamsProficient in Ruby, PowerShell, and Java or like technologies with a strong understanding of Access Management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problemsBenefits
