Client Services Manager

We're Hiring : Client Servicing – Mumbai | Fund Management Firm

Our client—a leading Fund Management Company with a strong footprint across

UAE, India, and Mauritius —is looking to hire a

Client Servicing professional

for their Mumbai office.

Location : Mumbai

Work Days :

Monday to Friday (Work From Office)

Are you passionate about client relationship management? Have experience in

foreign investments,

and thrive in a fast-paced financial environment? If yes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Build and nurture strong client relationships with personalized support

Oversee client onboarding by liaising with internal teams and stakeholders

Stay updated and compliant with

FPI / FII / AIF regulatory

frameworks

Manage NAV tracking in coordination with Fund Accountants

Handle client queries professionally and promptly

Coordinate fee calculations with Finance & Accounting

Support processing of subscriptions / redemptions with Operations

Collaborate with custodians, distributors, and referral agents

Maintain accurate databases and documentation for client setups

Deliver seamless onboarding for both

domestic and overseas clients

What We're Looking For :

A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills

Prior experience in

Fund Management, Capital Markets, or Asset Management

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Requirement :

Need a Full time MBA (Any Specialization)
