- Position : Customer Service Advisor
- Shift : Australian (Graveyard Shift)
- Shift timings : 2 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Any 9.5 hours rotational shift )
- Process : Voice (Customer Service / Technical Support)
- Working Days : 5 days with 2 rotational offs (split offs possible)
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries effectively.Assist customers with technical or service-related issues in a professional manner.Handle inbound / outbound calls, ensuring high-quality communication.Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.Skills Required
